WNY AmeriCorps concluded the third annual AmeriCorps Week with a group of projects on Buffalo’s West Side neighborhood with Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP) and People United for Sustainable Housing (PUSH Buffalo). The service projects revolved around creating urban green spaces, ensuring community access to healthy local food, and safe and affordable housing.

Join WNY AmeriCorps and University at Buffalo for the 2009 WNY AmeriCorps National Service “Job Fair” on Tuesday May 12, 2009 between 5pm and 8pm at the UB Downtown Gateway Building (formerly M. Wile Building) at 77 Goodell Street, Buffalo NY.

On Tuesday, May 5 at 10:30am at the UB Downtown Gateway Building (former M. Wile Building) 77 Goodell St., WNY AmeriCorps and the University at Buffalo will hold a press conference to officially announce the 2009 National Service “Job Fair” to take place the following week.
