[img_assist|nid=91|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=375|height=205]WNY AmeriCorps, Hands On Greater Buffalo, and the Home Depot, with generous support from the Home Depot Foundation and the Sabres Foundation, present the “Keep Our Neighbors in Good and Green Homes” project.
Over the next twelve months, this project will provide thirty home rehabilitations for homeowners in Buffalo’s East, West and South Side communities. The project will make qualifying homes as efficient and safe as possible by providing energy efficient updates and remedying housing code violations.
With the help of dedicated volunteers, the first eight homes will be completed in April in conjunction with Earth Week, with eleven more home rehabs taking place throughout July and October.
